The meeting is a journey where we discover the ‘what’ and ‘why’ of the opportunity and uncover potential. We will brainstorm your idea, adding creative input and capture the developing opportunity within a mindmap.

Together we will define objectives and develop strategies to find direction then establish tasks, timelines and costs. From this we will agree a critical path to ensure accuracy and put the detail into a Gantt chart for ease of use, which will form your plan of action to take it forward.

Finally we will write a summary capturing the details of the meeting for future reference.
